The photo files and video files may be used exclusively by the licensee within the scope of the licensed use at the licensed site. Any transfer, sharing, publication, sublicensing, or other making available to third parties (in whole or in part, edited or in any other file format) is prohibited without the prior written consent of the rights holder. An exception applies to the transfer of print files to contracted printing service providers solely for the production of printed materials for the licensed site; the provider acquires no usage rights and must delete the files after production is completed.
