Usage rights
Usage rights for all editions.
All editions grant the same usage rights and differ solely in the scope of archive access and the duration of database access.
With your edition you receive perpetual usage rights for the licensed location. You may present the photographic and filmic fine-art nature documentations permanently in your interiors and reproduce them for their professional realisation.
In addition, you may document and publish your designed interiors as part of your corporate communication — for example on your website, in brochures, annual reports, image films or when television and media productions take place on your premises.
The usage rights relate exclusively to the depiction of the designed interiors. Isolated use or publication of individual fine-art nature documentations outside this spatial context is not part of the licence. In the event of a later relocation, the licence can be transferred to the new company location.
Database access
Access to the growing archive.
Database access is part of your edition and entitles you, for the respective edition period, to access Embassy of Nature’s continuously growing archive. During this time you research new photographic and filmic fine-art nature documentations, organise projects via digital lightboxes and download the content included in your edition.
After database access expires, all granted usage rights for the licensed location remain fully in place. Only access to the archive platform ends. Database access can be extended at any time or expanded by upgrading to a larger edition.
Expansion
Expandable at any time.
Your edition grows with your requirements. If you decide on a larger edition at a later point, the licence fee already paid is credited in full to the new edition. This lets you expand the scope of your archive access without losing investments already made.
